* Cleaning services are not included in the reservation fee. Only in occasions guests choose to stay for long period of time are cleaning services free of charge. Cleaning services include changing linen and towels as well as cleaning the entire apartment for a charge of 5 Euros.
* Parking fees are not included in the reservation cost. Parking is available at a daily charge of 5 Euros at a neighboring parking area.

Reception service operates daily from 8:30 am-19:00 pm. Special arrangements are made for guests requesting a late check in.
